Main tasks:

• Managing and overseeing the customer portfolio of the entire southern region (>3000 corporate clients) as part of the remediation process
• Serving as the point of contact for technical and organizational questions related to the regional customer portfolio
• Collaborating closely with various departments (foreign vendors, back office for corporate clients, IT, and sales)
• Leading weekly meetings with departments to review and ensure project progress
